Situation
Founded Nysteria to solve the hiring inefficiency problem — recruiters spending hours screening candidates that don't fit, while qualified candidates get lost in ATS black holes.
Approach
Built HireMesh as an A2A (Agent-to-Agent) hiring network where AI agents represent candidates and autonomously handle fit assessments. Designed the full stack solo: Next.js 16, Supabase, Vercel AI SDK with Gemini.
Impact
Shipped from zero to production in 3 months. Zero infrastructure outages in first 6 months. A2A protocol enables recruiter agents to query candidate agents autonomously — no human bottleneck.

Andela
Situation
Andela was scaling rapidly — engineering grew from 20 to 200+ engineers across 3 time zones. Needed to maintain velocity and quality while onboarding at scale.
Approach
Led 4 distributed engineering teams (40+ engineers). Introduced SAFe Agile framework to bring structure without bureaucracy. Established flow metrics and constraint elimination as core practices.
Impact
Reduced release cycle from 6 weeks to 2 weeks. Drove 30% improvement in engineering throughput via flow metrics. Built a culture of continuous improvement that survived leadership changes.

Interswitch
Situation
PayU (fintech) was struggling with compliance-heavy release processes that slowed feature delivery to a crawl.
Approach
Coached engineering teams on lean delivery practices. Introduced automated compliance checks into CI/CD pipeline so compliance happened automatically, not as a manual gate.
Impact
Compliance review time dropped from 2 weeks to 2 days. Feature velocity increased without increasing compliance risk.
